I purchased 3 packages of Uncle Richie's seasonings and fell in love!  I first used it on a pot roast and after the meal there was only a small piece of the roast remaining.  I have since used the seasoning packet on chicken, potatoes and vegetables.  Everything was delicious and my family loved it.  I would recommend Uncle Richie's seasonings to anyone!
