Uncle Richie’s Seasonings were developed in 1920 by my Great-Grandmother.  Her blend of 15 herbs and spices was first used in her restaurant.  Even the biggest critics have overwhelmed me with their praises.  Our crock pot recipe is guaranteed to be as much a favorite for your loved ones as it is for mine.  Particularly the one in which this recipe was named, Uncle Richie.  He said it is too good not to share.  Unfortunately, Uncle Richie did not live long enough to see this happen.  So I made a commitment to honor his wishes and make this recipe available to everyone.
